## Job description

岗位职责
- 现有平安寿险渠道的维护；新产品的宣导和推广；
- 对保险代理人进行各类产品培训、展业辅导；
- 与渠道进行各类形式的日常沟通、业务有效追踪、关系维护等；
- 各类客户的新保、续保服务，以及销售相关运营、系统类问题处理；
- 微信群建设、各类线上平台运维、以及各类方案的协助制作和追踪。 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历，具备保险意识，专业不限；
- 年龄25-35岁，具备2年及以上工作经验，形象气质良好；
- 具备保险、培训等相关工作经验者优先；
- 具备良好的沟通、培训能力，具有较强的执行力。
- 工作地点主要为张家港市，有张家港本地保险工作经验者优先。
