## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责部门各人事业务条线流程梳理、流程优化、风险自查与风险管控，识别业务运行中的合规漏洞、操作风险，输出风险分析、整改建议及流程规范；
- 协助团队负责人完成各类工作总结、专项报告、工作汇报、材料撰写，定期沉淀业务台账、风控检查成果、流程优化文档；
- 协助开展部门业务质检、合规抽查、问题追踪闭环，保障人事业务合规、标准、规范落地；
- 跟进业务制度落地执行情况，收集一线业务痛点，协助迭代流程、统一操作标准；
- 完成上级交办的其他风控、业务支撑及专项辅助工作。 任职资格 1、本科及以上学历，人力资源、法学、行政管理等相关专业优先； 2、2年及以上人力资源、风控合规、流程管理相关工作经验，有人事风控、业务质检、流程梳理经验者优先； 3、金融、保险行业SSC人事共享、员工关系、风控质检经验优先； 4、熟练使用Office办公套件，精通Excel数据处理、台账搭建，熟练PPT汇报材料制作，具备良好的数据整理与材料输出能力； 5、逻辑清晰、细心严谨、责任心强，具备较强的风险敏感度、流程梳理能力和文字功底； 6、沟通顺畅、执行力强，能够适配团队多任务、材料输出、专项支撑类工作。
