## Job description

岗位职责

### 对话记录分析
- 从真实客户对话中读出用户真实意图，找出 AI 的失误模式与绕开点

### 智能体形态设计
- 对话流、触发时机、能力边界、兜底策略、转人工规则

### 场景化产品定义
- 面向营销获客与客户经营的智能体产品（获客、陪聊建信任、转化促成）

### 数据反馈闭环
- 定义北极星指标与过程指标，用数据判断智能体的真实效果 任职资格
- 产品经理经验 4 年以上

### 有智能体实操经验
- 正式项目或个人项目均可，要能现场演示；AI 经验时长不设门槛

### 有 Prompt 思维
- 自己写过复杂 Prompt，理解上下文与角色设定的影响
- 对用户心理敏感——能从对话里读出"没说出口的顾虑"

### 性格
- 偏执于细节，但对结果诚实（数据不好就说不好）
