## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责客户资质综合评估与准入管理，基于多维度信息独立输出专业评估建议
- 基于研判实践与经验参与策略规则优化与迭代工作，并转化为风控体系能力提升的关键输入，推动决策标准持续精进
- 紧跟行业数字化趋势，参与智能化工具建设与前沿技术应用探索，驱动作业模式转型升级，并主动参与各类创新项目及专项工作 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历，经济学、金融、法律、统计等相关专业优先
- 具有1年以上零售业务审核经验优先
- 具有优秀的逻辑思辨与快速判断能力，能从多源信息中独立做出风险判断
- 具备数据敏感度与分析意识，能通过数据发现异常、辅助决策
- 对智能风控、AI应用有基础认知或浓厚兴趣
- 责任心强，能适应规范化作业与质量复盘要求
