## Job description

岗位职责
- 组织实施机构本部职代岗等培训班的运作及授课
- 支援和指导二元网点个险新人职代岗培训工作
- 组织实施机构职代岗培训授权导师培养，举办讲师授权班等培训，保持充足的授权导师班底
- 推动和追踪二元网点、营业区新人培训岗前培训各项指标达成，本机构个险新人生产线运作绩效分析，敦促弱体指标的改善

### 完成上级交办的其他工作 任职资格 教育程度
- 正规院校本科以上学历，学士以上学位 专业能力：培训运作和授课技能 核心能力：沟通协调、组织运作能力
