## Job description

岗位职责
- 搭建并维护固收研究框架体系，涵盖利率、信用深度研究，定期撰写分析报告；
- 协助制定债券配置、债券交易策略方案，及时跟踪市场、政策信息变化；
- 与外部机构建立常态化沟通交流，建立并动态调整专家库；
- 协助完善投资机制与流程，协助管理人能力评估与定期检视；
- 部门交办的其他工作。 任职资格 1、本科及以上学历优先，金融、经济、理工等相关专业，持有CFA、CPA等专业资格者优先； 2、5年左右卖方或买方固收研究相关工作经验； 3、有完善的固收研究框架体系，对宏观经济、货币政策、财政政策、机构行为等有深度研判能力； 4、严格遵守监管相关要求，具备良好的职业操守、抗压能力及团队协作精神。
