## Job description

岗位职责
- 带领团队开展市场开拓及对公产品营销，达成团队的经营目标；

### 负责业务拓展，策划并组织所辖团队实施营销活动
- 负责所辖团队建设和人才培养，以及产品、技能、 政策的培训；
- 认真执行相关政策和制度流程，防范风险，保护客户及我行资金安全；
- 领导交办的其他工作。 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历；
- 有对公营销及团队管理经验，熟悉各种金融产品及相关业务；
- 具备丰富的市场和客户资源，较强的市场开拓能力；
- 具备较强的经营管理能力、沟通协调能力和风险防范能力。
