## Job description

岗位职责
- 完成团队各项行为管理、质量管理、业绩管理工作;推动业务拓展，策划并组织所辖团队的营销活动，达成团队的销售任务;
- 推动所辖团队建设、人才培养和内外部协调沟通;组织所辖团队的产品、技能、政策培训;实现团队的有效增员和优胜劣汰;
- 确保业务品质及合规服务，协调处理客户投诉。 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历，3年及以上普惠小微贷款业务经验（有团队管理经验者更优）；
- 精通普惠小微贷款产品矩阵、市场策略，具备区域业务规划能力；
- 擅长团队资源整合、目标拆解、过程督导及绩效提升，能有效辅导成员展业;
- 职业操守良好，风险意识到位，无违法违纪行为。
