## Job description

岗位职责
- 根据公司业务发展战略，拟定部门工作计划;
- 制定公司业务与培训训练计划，制定相应的推动举措并组织有效实施、达成、督导与评估；
- 负责总对总渠道维护与政策制定，及业务计划分解与业务推动方案制定、督导，及渠道相关运营及技术支持； 4 组织基本法和销售管理制度的宣导、推广和执行； 5. 公司业务产品的新媒体营销、整合营销与市场品牌投放； 6. 落实机构公司业务经营管理平台建设、组织检视和整改。 任职资格 1. 全日制本科及以上学历、学士以上学位； 2. 5-8年相关保险业务推动经验，3-5年团队管理经验； 3. 具备杰出的领悟、规划策划、分析并解决问题的能力； 4. 具备杰出的抗压耐力，具有丰富的专业知识储备。 5. 精通办公软件工具，具有优秀的报告（PPT）统筹、书写、宣讲能力。
