## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责统筹本室的整体工作，配合进行分行普金业务发展的整体规划、人员管理、权限管理；
- 负责统筹普金业务相关的监管对接及数据报送；
- 负责推动完成总分行下达的相关工作任务及相关指标；
- 负责普金金融相关业务投诉消保及合规管理；
- 跟进完成上级领导下达相关工作。 任职资格
- 本科以上学历，有3-5年信贷管理工作经验；
- 学习能力强，基本了解国家经济、金融方针政策及监管要求，熟悉小微企业授信产品；
- 具有较强的责任心及较强的组织推动和协调沟通能力，抗压能力强；
- 职业操守良好，风险意识强，无违法违纪行为。
