岗位职责
- 负责制定及执行薪酬规则，完成各类人群薪酬分析报告；
- 负责薪酬模块新科技应用规划及落地；
- 负责薪酬相关日常事务工作，确保政策执行；
- 负责企业员工关系管理； 任职资格 1.本科以上学历 2. 3年以上相关工作经验，对薪酬、员工关系模块熟悉
