## Job description

岗位职责
- 充分收集集团内各公司调研诉求，完成客户体验调研方案设计
- 管理外部调研供应商，保证调研项目按时、高质量交付，并推动调研结果落地
- 针对平安VIP客户进行大数据人群分析，输出消费者画像
- 对平安VIP客户进行人群细分，并形成相应的产品组合，输出产品预测模型
- 持续迭代平安VIP客户的画像更新和产品预测模型 任职资格 1.乙方咨询公司的研究人员或者金融、互联网公司从事用户研究3年及以上 2.熟练掌握定量和定性调研设计，商业问题的拆解能力和分析能力 3..对大数据分析有一定的了解，具有扎实的数据统计基础 4.有敏锐的数据敏感性和商业直觉，快速学习和总结归纳的能力 5.优秀的沟通协调能力，具备将研究融入业务规划的能力 6.能够和各业务线以及各职能人员紧密合作，把结果推动落地 7.具备开展研究的专业知识体系，熟悉各种研究方法特点 8.能够在业务发展各阶段熟练采用合理的研究方法解决业务难题 9.有金融行业或者APP体验研究经验的加分
