## Job description

岗位职责

### 经营指标达成
- 带领团队完成分行下达的各项公司业务指标；

### 团队营销与客户开拓
- 有效组织团队开展市场营销工作，持续扩大公司客户数量；

### 产品推广和市场营销
- 按照分行总体要求开展产品推广和市场营销；

### 风险防控
- 采取多种措施对本团队资产业务开展有效风险防控 任职资格
- 全日制本科及以上学历；
- 具有5年或以上银行业相关工作经验，具备3年以上市场营销和团队管理经验；
- 有丰富的负债业务、政府业务资源者优先；
- 人品端正、工作勤勉，具备良好的学习、沟通、开拓创新能力及风险防控意识；
- 无违规违纪行为。
- 特别优秀的可适当放宽条件。
