## Job description

岗位职责
- 全面主持中心支行及下辖1-2家支行经营管理工作，完成分行下达的综合经营指标（包括对公、零售、同业、普惠等）；
- 统筹决策管辖区域内的人事、业务和资源，负责员工日常管理、绩效考核、队伍建设等工作；
- 负责为区域内地方政府、企事业单位及个人客户提供专业化综合金融服务，做好监管的联系沟通；
- 充分发挥平安集团金融全牌照的优势，与区域内平安集团在渝子公司的合作联动，利用集团资源进行全面深度开发。 任职资格
- 具备本科以上学历，从事金融工作5年以上或从事经济工作9年以上（其中从事金融工作2年以上），符合总行干部任用及监管任职资格要求；
- 熟悉银行相关业务知识，熟悉国家相关监管政策、金融法律法规等；
- 具备敏锐的市场洞察力，能做好区域市场营销、业务拓展、客户建设、产品销售，积极推动各项业务发展；
- 具备较强的决策判断能力、经营管理能力、沟通协调能力和风险防范能力；
- 无严重违规违纪及不良从业记录，无在途或处罚期内处罚。
