## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责长尾客户的全生命周期管理，制定并实施精准触达策略，提升客户活跃度和资产规模。
- 设计并执行针对长尾客户的营销活动，包括但不限于开户、入金、交易激活、防流失及挽回等。
- 与数据部门合作，深入分析洞察长尾客户行为数据，挖掘客户痛点和需求，优化运营策略。
- 与产品、研发合作，推动长尾客户相关功能开发和优化。协调资源，确保长尾客户运营活动顺利落地。
- 定期复盘长尾客户运营效果，根据数据反馈，持续优化运营策略，提升 ROI。
- 关注行业动态和竞争对手策略，提出创新的长尾客户运营方案。探索新兴技术和工具（如AI、自动化工具）在长尾客户运营中的应用。 任职资格 1、本科及以上学历，金融、市场营销、数据分析、计算机相关专业优先。 2、3年以上金融行业客户运营经验。 3、熟悉证券行业业务流程，了解客户需求和市场趋势。 4、熟练使用数据分析工具，具备较强的数据分析能力。 5、具备优秀的沟通能力和团队协作能力，能够跨部门推动项目落地。 6、具有较强的市场洞察力和创新能力，能够快速适应变化。 7、有证券从业资格证者优先。
