岗位职责
- 续期保险费的收取；
- 续期客户服务；
- 后援作业流程的培训和宣导；
- 后援项目的推动；
- 一线业务人员的续期支持、辅导；
- 业务单位续期工作的推动、追踪。 任职资格
- 大专（含）以上学历，经验不限；
- 语言表达能力好，人际沟通能力强
- 性格温和、待人热忱，积极向上。
