## Job description

岗位职责
- 全面负责团队各项管理和业务推动发展工作，制定及分配团队年度、季度、月度工作计划和实施，达成团队指标
- 负责团队增员计划，达成满编率，确保团队稳健发展； 负责咨询顾问的选拔、辅导、培养和考核，并辅导其管理能力提升； 负责重点潜才的挖潜与培养
- 落实执行公司各项政策和制度，负责营业部内各项合规工作，对《基本法》的宣导、执行及监督，防范各类风险 任职资格
- 年龄28-45周岁；
- 大学本科或本科以上学历，可适当放宽至大专或同等学历；
- 热爱销售管理工作，有较好的市场开拓规划及协调公关能力；
- 具备团队领导力，责任心强，有团队管理与培训辅导经验；
- 有保险或金融行业团队管理经验者优先。
