## Job description

岗位职责
- 协助公司建立健全基础医学知识和医疗健康服务知识培训体系，形成各类型科普知识培训材料，包括但不限于属地医疗服务、健康生活、本地就医手册等
- 组织开展销售人员（业务经理及代理人）医疗健康专业知识培训，有效进行医健赋能；
- 解决销售人员营销或客户医疗服务使用过程中遇到的问题，同时收集并反馈医疗健康方面的诉求，协助公司进行服务升级或相关服务产品开发；
- 其他工作。 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历，医学类专业优先；
- 有良好的沟通表达能力，有1-5年医疗行业从业经验者优先；
- 具备医学常规知识，有良好的文档、ppt等文件编写及制作能力；
- 持有医师资格证、药师资格证、护士资格证、健康管理师等证件者优先；
