## Job description

岗位职责

### 数据监控及洞察
- 负责个非底层数据治理，搭建部门新经营脉络下业绩及成本等指标的自动化监控体系，通过数据分析输出经营建议，助力决策优化

### 业务协同支持
- 协同车主板块业务推动，做好渠道支持

### 创新提效实践
- 探索并应用AI工具等技术手段，持续提升部门人效
- 上级交办的其他工作 任职资格 1、1年及以上相关工作经验，近两年考核排名不低于前70%，绩优者优先 2、本科及以上学历，具备精算、数学、统计、计算机等数据相关专业背景 3、熟悉PPT、Excel等办公软件，具备SQL取数、自动报表搭建、数据建模、AI工具提效等技能者优先 4、具备良好的沟通能力、抗压能力，具备较强的责任心和团队合作意识
