## Job description

岗位职责

### 需求挖掘与方案设计
- 深入对接内部业务部门（B端客户），精准挖掘员工关系等模块的业务痛点。整合内部资源，结合AI与数据能力，设计具备创新性与可行性的HRSSC解决方案与产品蓝图。

### 试点落地与迭代调优
- 负责解决方案的试点（POC）全流程管理，寻找并对接试点单位。跟踪试点效果，基于数据反馈与业务评价，持续进行方案的调优与迭代，确保方案成功规模化推广。

### 结构化报告输出
- 主导项目全周期的报告输出工作，具备极强的结构化思维，能够独立撰写高质量的需求分析报告、试点评估报告、项目复盘报告等，为管理层决策提供清晰、有力的数据与逻辑支撑。

### 跨部门协同与产品推广
- 作为项目核心枢纽，高效统筹协调产品、技术、业务等多方资源。主导HRSSC新产品、新解决方案在内部的宣导与推广，推动业务部门采纳并实现价值落地。 任职资格

### 经验背景
- 本科及以上学历，5年以上人力资源、ToB解决方案或产品运营相关工作经验。在员工关系（ER）等HR模块有扎实的业务理解，有内部产品/解决方案推广经验者优先。

### 报告与文档能力
- 具备极强的结构化报告撰写与输出能力，逻辑严密，能够将复杂的业务场景、项目过程与数据结果，转化为清晰、专业、具有说服力的书面报告。

### 沟通与推广能力
- 具备出色的跨部门沟通协调能力与影响力。对内部产品推广有热情或有经验，能够精准把握B端客户需求，有效管理各方预期，推动复杂项目在组织内部达成共识并落地。

### AI与数据素养
- 对AI技术与数据分析有深刻认知，能将AI与数据能力作为核心要素融入解决方案设计中，并用数据驱动方案的持续优化。

### 综合素质
- 具备敏锐的业务洞察力、严谨的逻辑思维和强大的项目推动力，结果导向，适应快节奏的创新业务模式。
