## Job description

岗位职责
- 三级机构团财业务的市场研究、目标制定及发展规划；
- 落实核保政策，制定差异化的核保应对策略，对三级机构团财经营结果负责；
- 授权范围内团财产品业务核保报价、技术服务及协调全过程风险管理；超权限业务的初核、沟通和协调；4、对机构渠道队伍提供销售支持，包括陪同展业、技术支持服务、风险查勘服务； 5、其它团财产品业务支持、业务配合、协调、落实和应用工作； 6、领导交办的其它工作。 任职资格
- 本科以上学历；
- 数统、精算、计算机、新能源、农学等转型专业优先；
- 工作经验不限。
