## Job description

岗位职责
- 贯彻执行国家有关金融法律法规政策和总、分行各项运营管理制度；
- 组织厅堂客户营销，不断总结营销方法，提升营销能力；
- 开展网点运营队伍的团队建设，以及总分行安排的各项工作；
- 负责网点日常培训管理，强化员工综合素质。 任职资格 1、无经商办企业或兼职行为、无监管机构金融违规记录、 无亲属回避关系； 2、3年以上银行工作经验，1年以上银行管理经验。
