## Job description

岗位职责
- 公司客户信用评级审定；
- 公司授信业务审查；
- 对区域经济及产业开展调研及分析，向总分行提出授信审批、风险政策等合理化建议；
- 对总行授信管理要求及风险政策等开展宣导培训；
- 对分行客户经理授信管理工作进行指导及考核；
- 领导交办的其他工作。 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历，银行从业年限不少于5年， 其中3年以上授信审批经验，有对公客户经理，风险管理、普惠审批复合经验优先考虑；
- 熟悉与公司信贷有关的经济、金融、财务、法律法规等知识；
- 熟悉公司信贷业务及相关操作流程，具备良好的信用风险分析、识别与判断能力；
- 遵纪守法，廉洁自律，具备正直、诚实的品质，具有良好的敬业精神和职业道德。
