## Job description

岗位职责

### 策略与目标管理
- 协助制定业务发展战略，分解并推动关键指标达成，确保保费与人力计划完成；

### 业务推动与效能提升
- 组织代理人活动，通过辅导与面谈提升代理人产能；协助业务主管提升管理能力；

### 人力发展与团队建设
- 负责代理人增员引进与日常管理，追踪业绩达成，推动队伍规模与质量发展；

### 客户经营与续保推动
- 组织线上线下客户经营活动，推动续保业务，提升客户粘性与满意度；

### 日常运营与合规管理
- 负责晨会经营与信息传达，协调内外部门关系；推广合规理念，协助处理业务品质风险及异常行为；

### 完成其他临时任务
- 根据业务需求，完成上级交办的其他工作。 任职资格

### 教育背景
- 大学本科及以上学历优先；

### 工作经验
- 5年以上保险销售管理或相关工作经验优先；

### 专业能力
- 具备业务推动、市场策划及沟通协调能力，擅长辅导培训、增员，有团队管理与合规风险意识。
