## Job description

岗位职责
- 责任险重案前置管控、复杂案件审核及机构重案前置指导
- 负责推动并检视总部各项作业规则制度在管控机构落地
- 参与总部各类专业培训、课题编写、专业沉淀
- 参与机构重案及非重案常规品质专项审计
- 监控分析机构成本指标达成并推动改进 任职资格
- 本科以上学历，在金融-保险行业，有3-5年重案指导岗-责任险工作经验，
- 担任核赔，
- 熟悉金融专业知识-保险类技能-保险理赔，
