## Job description

岗位职责 对支行所有具备银保销售资质的人员，进行活动量辅导、销售技能培训、营销活动举办和大客户陪访等工作，全力协助支行长达成银保目标。

### 目标推动
- 推动支行达成银保中收目标，完成任务考核；

### 培训训练
- 组织支行理财经理银保销售技能培训和产品训练；

### 陪访陪谈
- 协助支行理财经理大单陪访；

### 客户盘点
- 协助支行理财经理盘点客户并制定产品计划书；

### 沙龙组织
- 牵头组织银保沙龙并参与主讲工作；

### 运营对接
- 对接银保业务完成相关服务工作；

### 合规日常
- 完成总行、分行每周、月、季的重点工作安排，严格遵守监管合规要求和公司内部的相关规定。 任职资格 1、本科及以上学历，金融类相关专业优先； 2、2-5年或以上从事金融或银保工作经验； 3、能够独立开展银保销售、组织沙龙和产说会； 4、遵守职业准则，严格保守客户信息秘密，无不良纪录。
