## Job description

岗位职责
- 年金投资大客户的投资专业服务支持，包括投资数据分析、策略报告撰写、客户需求支持响应等；
- 开展分公司年金业务推动、投资专业能力培训、产品经理业务指导；
- 负责总部专项工作统筹，包括策略制定、日常推动、数据整理、系统优化等。 任职资格
- 硕士及以上学历；
- 具有2年以上证券市场投资分析、资产管理、机构理财工作经验，能够支持机构客户投资咨询服务、出具路演报告，有尽调报告、投研报告撰写经验的优先；
- 掌握相关投资专业知识和分析技能，有较强的客户服务能力和沟通技巧。
