## Job description

岗位职责
- 依托数字化线上工具为属地客户提供综合化、本地化服务方案，优化线上服务流程，持续提升客户体验与满意度。
- 联动支行搭建“线上+线下”一体化服务体系，运用线上运营平台拓宽获客渠道，提升区域客户覆盖密度。
- 贯彻合规及风控制度要求，确保业务品质及合规服务。
- 完成上级单位分配的其他工作事项。 任职资格

### 学历
- 本科及以上学历，金融/经济相关专业背景优先；

### 经验
- 金融/销售/客服等从业经验1年及以上；

### 专业能力
- 熟悉银行产品，持有基金、AFP、CFP等专业证照者优先，具备理财经理、厅服经理、柜员等岗位经验者优先；

### 素质要求
- 亲和力与沟通能力突出，服务营销能力强，具备客户服务意识及销售敏锐度；纪律与合规意识突出，能抗压。
- 特别优秀的，可适度放宽要求。
