## Job description

岗位职责
- 根据上海、香港两地证券交易所上市规则等相关法律法规、规范性文件，起草临时公告并安排披露，并参与定期报告（中英文）的撰写审核，确保公司信息披露工作合法合规；
- 负责研究上市监管、行业监管政策更新，跟进与外部监管的日常沟通及联络；
- 协助股东会、董事会议题征集整理，会议材料的起草编制，整理会议决议及记录等会议全流程工作；
- 参与与公司董事的日常联络；
- 参与其他公司治理有关项目工作。 任职资格
- 大学本科及以上学历，法学相关专业或研究生学历优先；

### 专业能力
- 3年左右A股披露经验；熟悉公司法等法律法规、上市监管政策，英语读写熟练；

### 核心能力
- 认真细致、责任心强、重视团队协作，有较好的学习能力和较强的沟通协调能力。
