## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责平台产品的运营，包括用户增长、内容管理、活动策划等;
- 分析运营数据，优化运营策略，提升用户活跃度和留存率;
- 与产品、技术、市场等部门协作，推动产品优化和功能迭代;
- 制定并执行运营计划，确保运营目标的实现;
- 关注行业动态，挖掘用户需求，提出产品改进建议。 任职资格
- 熟悉平台产品运营机制，包括用户增长、内容管理、活动策划等;
- 具备数据分析能力，能够通过数据驱动优化运营策略;
- 具备跨部门协作能力，能够与产品、技术、市场等部门紧密合作;
- 具备良好的沟通能力和项目管理能力，能够推动项目落地;
- 具备相关行业经验者优先。
