## Job description

### 岗位职责 （一）增员规划

分人群增员方案制定；推动县域、乡镇及农村地区增员；网点合作管理及维护。 （二）队伍管理：团队长选拔、入职、辅导等；每日业绩追踪；绩优人员培养；非车专团组建及培养等。 （三）营销推动：业务陪展、出单及理赔咨询；节点活动宣导及落地执行，推动代理人开单及产能提升。 （四）线上运营：创保网核心功能推广、代理人活跃及留存提升等。 （五）队伍培训：代理人线上线下培训，包括新人培训、产品培训等。 任职资格 1、有一定销售工作经验； 2、本科及以上学历。
