## Job description

岗位职责
- 业务督导及会议经营；
- 队伍培训及留存管理；
- 渠道培训及活动管理；
- 沙龙主讲及大单陪谈。 任职资格
- 年龄45周岁以下，本科学历，县域可放宽至大专及以上；
- 有培训、讲师、同业督训或个险组训经验者优先；
- 善于沟通，有较强的执行力和抗压能力。
