岗位职责 1.有销售或管理经验者优先，两年以上保险从业销售或管理经验者优先。 2.负责团队成员的管理，做好对团队成员的培训推动、政策宣导等相关工作。 任职资格 1.高中学历； 2.1-3年相关工作经验、热爱保险工作。
