## Job description

岗位职责 1. 本科及以上学历，金融、市场营销等相关专业优先。 2. 3年及以上银行银保/零售业务推动、金融营销相关经验，有总分行层级经验者优先。 3. 具备业务规划、数据分析、文案撰写能力，能统筹资源、解决业务协同问题，有体系搭建经验者优先。 4. 沟通宣讲能力良好，抗压性强，目标感与执行力突出。 任职资格
- 制定业务推动与客户活动规划，跟进落地执行，负责销售氛围营造及喜报、通报等物料制作与撰写。
- 开展业务过程跟踪、数据复盘与预警分析，基于数据制定推动举措保障业务达成。
- 撰写总分行会议材料，组织会议落地，宣导支行及团队业务策略与营销方案。
- 承接总行商机落地，跟踪商机转化，申请资源并搭建分行个性化商机体系。
- 统筹总分行银保业务权益与活动落地，助力团队产能提升。
- 搭建并运维分行银保荣誉体系，组织荣誉表彰相关活动。
- 推动银保协同工作，打通业务卡点，协调解决合作问题。
- 建立并执行中台产品经理IFP业务推动体系，落实日常推动与复盘工作。
