## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责短险产品的辅导工作，制定并实施团队培训计划;
- 策划并执行线下营销活动，提升短险产品的市场占有率;
- 分析市场数据，制定针对性的营销策略并推动实施;
- 协调内外部资源，确保营销活动顺利进行;
- 评估营销活动效果，优化营销方案并提出改进建议;
- 维护客户关系，提升客户满意度及忠诚度;
- 协助上级完成其他相关工作。 任职资格
- 具备保险行业相关工作经验，熟悉短险产品特性及市场动态;
- 具备优秀的沟通能力和团队协作能力，能够有效辅导团队成员提升业务能力;
- 具备线下营销活动策划经验，能够独立制定并执行营销方案;
- 具备较强的市场分析能力，能够根据市场反馈优化营销策略;
- 具备良好的时间管理能力，能够高效完成多项任务;
