## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责健康险团体保险产品的直销工作（含中介新平台的引进）
- 投保项目方案（包含政府重大医疗项目）设计，投标执行、落地等全流程跟进
- 团体客户重新投保（原续保）业务推动及专业支持
- 提供各类团体产品咨询，售后服务等 任职资格 1、全日制本科及以上学历，保险或金融相关专业优先；特别优秀者可放宽至大专，年龄45岁以下。 2、3年以上保险从业经验，有团险业务资源或团险直销经验； 3、积极主动，责任心强，有强烈的结果导向意识，沟通能力强； 4、学习能力强，对新知识保持高度的敏感性，认可平安的企业文化。
