## Job description

岗位职责
- 销售业绩数据的统计分析和报告，市场销售策略的制定；
- 渠道业务发展状况分析与政策建议；
- 总部各项激励方案的配套案的推动、追踪及实施；
- 复杂类产品/大项目支持（如方案及标书制作、缴费测算业等）；
- 组织进行产品宣讲、渠道政策解读、产品销售技巧等培训。 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历，1-3年相关工作经验优先，有数据库相关技能、视频图文 编辑技能及业管经验优先。
- 有较好的逻辑分析和团队合作能力。
- 熟练掌握office等办公软件，精通excel函数运用。
