- 前后端招聘，培训考核制度体系搭建，渠道维护。

### 招聘
- 人力达标。

### 培训

合格率提升达标。
- 对一个新人从招募到培训到进入团队的策略制定，保证量和质。
- 管理目前团队人员，提升团队人员能力，梳理目前的团队，优胜劣汰。
- 与各团队紧密合作，支持业务达成 任职资格
- 学历及专业 全日制本科及以上学历，人力资源及培训等专业
- 工作背景 多年教育行业经验，搭建过体系，大平台。
- 专业能力 人力资源及培训经验
- 其他 年龄要求30-40岁
