## Job description

岗位职责
- 规划与组织融合渠道业务分部保费计划的完成。
- 对融合渠道业务分部各项业务指标的达成负责。
- 负责融合渠道业务分部日常管理。
- 落实所辖业务分部的销售活动，有效提升业务经理产能。
- 负责所辖业务部的渠道关系维护。
- 对所辖业务经理进行相关业务辅导、咨询与销售支援。 任职资格 1、本科（含自考）及以上学历。 2、5年及以上保险销售管理或相关工作经验。 3、擅长人际沟通，具备一定的辅导培训及市场策划能力，具有较强的沟通协调与业务推动能力。
