## Job description

岗位职责
- 承接维护分行私行客户，建立和维护高净值客户群，确保客户资产规模取得增长，提高客户忠诚度；
- 通过MGM和自拓增加私行客户，促进潜力客户升级；
- 对接和支持寿险家族传承办公室会员，为会员推荐的高净值客户提供全方位的银行服务；
- 以客户为中心，不断挖掘和满足客户需求，为客户提供个性化的投资建议、财富分析和规划，做好客户的风险偏好、财务状况评估，向客户推荐合适的产品；
- 贯彻合规及风控制度要求，确保有品质的持续经营，协调处理客户投诉。 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历；
- 具备3年及以上金融相关工作经验；
- 熟悉全球资本市场和投资产品，了解证券、基金、理财、保险产品，具有资产配置与财富管理理念和相应技能；
- 具有较强的执行力、沟通协调和团队合作能力、良好的职业操守、优秀的个人形象，卓越的表达能力，风险合规意识强，无违法违纪行为；
- 具有基金从业资格或持有AFP、CFP等理财专业证照者优先。
