## Job description

岗位职责
- 了解以百万医疗险为主的寿险短险产品责任及特色，结合渠道特点规划短险推动策略，落实推动动作及追踪，研究短险及短转长销售逻辑，推动短险业务目标达成
- 熟悉互联网保险平台产品运营策略，统筹负责货架规划、内容产出、营销转化等工作，完成平台目标
- 对接运营、开发部门，协调内部资源，支持产品上架 任职资格 1、大学本科及以上学历 2、金融/保险/经济/计算机/市场营销专业优先 3、3年以上保险行业经验，对寿险产品有深刻了解 4、精通保险产品结构与市场趋势，了解寿险、医疗险等主流产品形态，具备产品推动、平台运营能力
