## Job description

岗位职责
- 加强渠道合作，建立紧密深入的渠道合作关系；
- 对本机构银行保险工作进行全面部署，推动完成KPI指标；
- 建立银行保险长期持续竞争力及盈利能力；
- 培养销售管理队伍，树立平安银保优质品牌；
- 与公司其他部门及外部部门进行有效的沟通。 任职资格

### 年龄
- 35周岁及以下 ；

### 教育程度
- 本科及以上学历，金融、保险、市场营销专业优先；

### 专业年限
- 银行、保险等相关渠道3年及以上相关工作经验。
