## Job description

岗位职责

### 市场与用户研究
- 分析互联网保险趋势、竞品动态及用户需求，挖掘保险场景创新机会

### 产品规划
- 制定平台保险产品中长期策略，设计投保、核保、理赔、服务等关键环节的产品方案，确保流程合规且用户体验流畅

### 闭环管理
- 协同风控、法务、运营，推动产品从0到1落地，监控核心指标（如投保转化率、续保率）

### 智能化创新
- 探索AI、大数据在保险咨询、投保断点等环节的应用，提升自动化水平 任职资格 1、本科及以上学历 2、3年以上互联网保险或金融科技产品经验，熟悉保险业务流程及监管要求 3、有平台型保险产品案例，精通用户增长、转化漏斗设计，具备数据驱动决策能力 4、熟悉小程序生态及相关系统能力搭建，能基于小程序框架特点设计产品方案，并具备快速迭代上线经验 5、强跨团队协作能力，能高效对接保险产品、技术、风控等多方团队 6、对保险行业痛点敏感，有保险产品创新或场景化设计经验者优先
