## Job description

岗位职责
- 团体渠道销售队伍整体人力发展规划及人力预算成本的管控；
- 团渠渠道基本法及相关规则制度的制定；
- 团体渠道各类版块业绩追踪、分析及推动；
- 团体渠道销售队伍的日常管理，包括薪酬发放、考核等。 任职资格
- 全日制本科及以上学历；
- 具备较强的逻辑思维、数据分析能力、沟通协调能力；
- 有产品、渠道管理经验者优先。
