## Job description

岗位职责 （1）机构企康服务能力建设。基于企业客户委托需求，梳理本机构服务建设地图；联合关联部门拓展服务网络、建立商家/商品/网点准入标准、推动完成前端上架；做好B端供应商管理和C端客户体验管理，包括商户线上品质管理和线下日常巡检，确保商家履约规范，提升客户体验 （2）机构企康线上运营。企康客户线上迁移工具/玩法落地；承接线上客户活化并落地用户/活动/企微等运营工作，规划并落地线上保险加购相关工作 （3）非车服务能力建设。协助关联部门进行非车险服务的供应商网络拓展，网点准入，提升非车险产品的竞争力 任职资格 1.本科以上学历； 2.有健康险赛道、医疗相关行业经验、健康类平台运营经验优先。
