## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责GPU等高端算力计算集群的高性能网络架构设计、技术选型与容量规划工作，负责高性能网络与传统以太网的方案融合；
- 负责相关高性能网络的现场落地、集成与系统上线，负责总体性能验收；
- 构建面向高网的监控与报警方案，对RDMA、网络拥塞控制等关键技术参数进行必要优化，提升网络运行效率；
- 跟踪新一代技术，参与组网技术的预演与规划，包括400G、800G、IB网络等 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历，计算机或IT相关专业，3年以上数据中心网络建设、运维经验；
- 深刻理解IB和ROCE协议栈、工作原理与差异，具备大规模GPU集群和IB/Roce网络实际操作、部署调优操作；
- 深入了解数据中心运维方式方法，对数据中心运维有独立见解和经验；
- 熟悉静态路由/OSPF/BGP/IPv6/OSPFv3/ISIS等路由协议及技术，深入了解VRF、SR、SRv6等新技术；
