## Job description

岗位职责
- 执行并完善基本法制度，检视分析落地执行情况，有效规范队伍管理和合规经营。
- 负责财富队伍的的团队建设，完善人员梯队建设，协同业管对队伍的编制、预算等进行管控。
- 负责财富队伍的KPI体系规划、绩效面谈、人员的考核、活动量管理等。
- 负责财富队伍培训体系的搭建及执行、人员上岗资格证的对接、基金考试等。 任职资格 1、本科及以上学历。 2、3年及以上银行工作经验，有银行一线工作经验优先。 3、经济、金融、会计类相关专业优先。 4、有良好的服务意识，沟通能力和协调能力。
