## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责公司月度、年度绩效考核管理及系统维护，定期绩效数据分析、绩效调研工作
- 负责员工关系相关制度的制定与完善
- 负责员工考勤、异动、合同管理等相关事务及人事系统的维护管理
- 负责公司整体人力数据的分析及报告制作
- 负责员工用工事件的处理
- 负责指导与培训分公司员工关系相关工作 任职资格
- 性格开朗、主动积极，亲和力强、工作耐心细致
- 学习能力强、沟通协调能力强，具备一定法律用工知识
- 熟练的EXCEL、PPT技能，有数据分析及报告撰写经验能力优先
