## Job description

岗位职责
- 现有常州地区平安内部综拓、银行等销售渠道的维护，新产品的宣导和推广；
- 对寿险代理人、寿险综拓专员、中介（含第三方平台）进行各类产品培训、展业辅导；
- 对寿险机构进行各类形式的日常沟通、业务有效追踪、关系维护等；
- 各类客户的新保、续保服务，以及销售相关运营、系统类问题处理；
- 微信群建设、各类线上平台运维、以及各类方案的制作和追踪。 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历；
- 具备保险个人代理人或者营销员销售管理经验；
- 善于沟通，目标感强，抗压能力强；
- 有互联网工作经历及互联网思维者优先。
