## Job description

岗位职责
- 统筹分行风险绩效指标体系、绩效数据检视督导、重点工作跟踪评价；
- 规划分行零售风险架构和团队管理、人力预算、关键岗位人员绩效评价；风险管理系统建设和优化；推动分行风险业务融合各项工作；
- 负责授权体系搭建、制定管理制度、系统授权模型配置和优化、授权自查及年审；
- 负责制定资审批师资质管理制度、审批师资质认定和年审考核、审批质量监控。 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历；计算机、数据统计、金融、经济等相关专业优先
- 三年以上工作经验，熟悉银行业务系统，具有较强数据分析能力，能够充分利用计算机及互联网工具，进行信息收集、分析、整理和数据挖掘
- 诚实正直，具有较强的工作责任心、团队合作精神、学习能力和创新意识
